Johann Sebastian Bach’s violin partitas and sonatas meet the distinctive sound of the Snorre Kirk Jazz Trio and blend with beloved Danish melodies. Works by composers such as Normann-Andersen, Fabricius-Bjerre, Franker, Gyldmark, and many others are transformed into a unique musical fusion of classical and jazz through Niklas Walentin’s new, fascinating arrangements.
